I'm based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and serve clients across the Philadelphia area — including Chadds Ford, the Main Line, Chester County, and Delaware County — as well as nationwide via Zoom. Whether you're around the corner or across the country, sessions are designed to fit your schedule and your needs.
We will have a brief conversation about what's going on in your life, what you'd like to work on, and how coaching might help. It's a chance for us to see if we're a good fit for each other.
No. Coaching is forward-looking — we focus on where you want to go, not on diagnosing or treating clinical conditions. That said, coaching and therapy complement each other well, and many of my clients do both.

Yes. I also work with clients on career coaching, sports mindset coaching, and general life coaching. I integrate mindfulness practices into my coaching work, and I find my clients benefit from it significantly.
Sessions are generally conducted virtually every week, but can be tailored to the client's schedule. Each session is a focused, structured conversation designed to move the client forward in the direction of their goals.
